Desktop

The desktop model is specifically designed with a mind to reducing
the amount space taken up by machinery in a small bakery. It
can be placed on any well supported table top, and lifted and
stored when not in use. None of the reliability and manufacturing
excellence has been sacrificed because of its size.

Upright
|
|
The upright model is a full-sized free standing machine, designed
to be used in industrial or small bakery scenarious, but requiring
manual operation, and more space to locate that the desktop
machine.

Gravity
|
|
Intended for industrial use, the gravity fed model requires
significantly more space to operate than the other models, but "feeds" iteself
by allowing gravity to force loaves throught the blades. This
machine is capable of slicing many thousands of loaves in one
continious stream or shift.

Double Gravity
|
|
Twice the capacity of the gravity model, with less than twice the space occupied, because two machines have been rolled into one.
